Our Performers

Agatha Phipps

The Canterville Ghost: Roger, Ghost Echo

Agatha has performed in several actOUT! productions, including Into the Woods JR, Marian or the True Tale of Robin Hood, Wizard of Oz: Youth Edition, Disney’s Newsies JR, and many more.

Being part of Live On Air! has helped Agatha gain a new understanding of how to use their voice to tell a story. They are excited to test their new skills in voice acting and sound effects in their first radio show. They have had a great time interacting with the cast and crew while working together to bring this world to life. Agatha wants to thank their family for getting them into the world of acting! They hope you enjoy what you hear as much as the cast enjoyed putting it together!

Chetan Kumar

The Canterville Ghost: Washington, Ghost Echo

Chetan is a grade 7 student who for many years has enjoyed Acting and Improv classes. Chetan takes on the role of Washington in his first actOUT! performance. When he is not acting he enjoys writing his own stories and role-playing these out with friends. He has really enjoyed this experience and thanks his fellow acting students and teachers for being so supportive.

Evelyn Klein

The Canterville Ghost: Virginia

Evelyn is in grade 8 and is 13 years old. She has always had a love of performing and loves baking, reading and writing. Her previous performances in actOUT! were in The Wizard of Oz: Youth Edition, Marian, or The True Tale of Robin Hood and One Stoplight Town. She is excited to be part of actOUT's first Live On Air Radio performance and hopes you enjoy the show!

Ezran Stonehouse

The Canterville Ghost: Mrs. Elizabeth Otis

This is Ezran’s third season with actOUT! They performed in Into the Woods JR in December, and will appear in Disney’s High School Musical JR this spring.

They’ve developed a deep love of theatre and for the people they meet while participating. Some of their hobbies include drawing, animating, listening to music, and teaching tricks to their cat, Grover.

Harrison Auch

The Canterville Ghost: Roland

Harrison is thrilled to return for his second actOUT! production, proving once again that theater is not just for bard characters. When he's not performing on stage, he's busy being a Dungeon Master with a God-complex, making adventurers cry and monsters dance. He is powered almost entirely by episodes of One Piece and chili dogs (thanks, Sonic). Harrison thanks his party members (a.k.a. family) for their support, and promises this play has at least 17% fewer dragons than his last campaign. Probably.

Isaac Duncan Piper

The Canterville Ghost: Lord Canterville, Ghost

Isaac is a Grade 8 student who is known more as an author than an actor. Regardless, Isaac is ecstatic to be part of his first actOUT! production. When not channeling his inner undead aristocrat, Isaac can be found writing massive collaborative stories, drawing comics of varying length and quality, pondering the nature of the universe, and sleeping. He hopes you enjoy the show.

Jack Giusti

The Canterville Ghost: Hiram Otis

Jack G is fun-loving, imaginative, encouraging… and just a little bit quirky. Jack finds humour in the absurd moments of being a teenager. He loves acting in productions because something magical is created when a team comes together to realize an artistic vision.

Kayden St-Onge

The Canterville Ghost: Mrs. Umney

This is Kayden's audio debut, and she couldn't be more excited to share her voice in this brand new way. Previously, she has been onstage with actOUT! in numerous musical productions. She also performs with PopNation Canada and is anticipating her next role, Peter Pan!

Our Creative Team

“Nessie” Aly Hill

Director

“Nessie” Aly (she/they) is a BIPOC multi-disciplinary artist with a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts from Brock University. They began singing at the age of one and started voice acting in Florida, entertaining their family by mimicking her favourite cartoon characters during long car trips to and from Canada. By the age of 12, Aly was voice acting for fan-made Sims films on YouTube while also balancing academic commitments and musical theatre performances. Though they frequently perform or direct for the stage, Aly enjoys developing her characters through voice work first, and now finds great joy in teaching this art form to actors at the same age she learned!

Elliot Beer

Sound Director & Technical Coordinator

Elliot Beer (He/Him) is a sound designer and audio storyteller with a passion for bringing creative projects to life through sound. He holds a Bachelor of Film and Television from Sheridan College, where he specialized in Post Production Audio. Since graduating, Elliot has worked as a supervising sound editor, mixer, and audio designer on numerous short films, building a diverse portfolio across the film and television industry.

Beyond the screen, Elliot shares his love of sound and storytelling with the next generation—recently leading workshops that introduce grade school students to the world of nature photography and creative expression. When he's not working on a mix or teaching, you'll find Elliot making music with his band or spending time outdoors, always listening for the next sound that sparks inspiration.
